Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Weddings and larger events are best booked several months in advance, especially during peak season on the Outer Banks. Memorial services and smaller events may have more flexibility depending on availability.

Once you reach out with details about your event, I’ll confirm availability and share pricing. A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your date, with remaining details finalized closer to your event.

Yes. I am based on the Outer Banks am available for travel. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Not necessarily. If your venue has a piano available, I’m happy to perform on it. I also have a professional equipment and can provide my own keyboard and sound system if needed.

Rehearsal attendance can be discussed depending on availability and event needs. In many cases, clear communication with the officiant and planner is sufficient.

I understand that events can evolve. Changes can be accommodated when possible, and details will always be discussed clearly and thoughtfully. Please note that any booking deposits made are non-refundable.
